Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how I, Dmitry Lobanov (mobile app developer), collect, use, and protect your data in my apps:

1. Data Collection

I collect only the minimal data necessary for the proper functioning of my apps. All collected data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you as an individual:

• Purchases — Information about in-app purchases (e.g., subscriptions or ad removal). These transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store and are not provided to me in any personally identifiable form.
• Anonymous Device Identifiers — Unique, non-personal device identifiers used for licensing and fraud prevention.
• Usage Statistics — Anonymous data on which screens you open, how often you use features, and which UI elements are most active. This helps me improve the user experience.
• Diagnostic Data — Automatically collected information about crashes, errors, and app performance (e.g., screen load times). These logs contain no personal data, notes, or progress records.

2. User Data Storage

All data you create within the apps — such as learning progress, habit lists, goals, or settings — is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to servers, uploaded to the cloud, or synchronized across devices. You have full control over your data.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

I do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. The only exception is Apple, which processes payments through the App Store in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. I have no access to your payment details.

4. Security

I implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including on-device encryption and regular app updates. However, as with any mobile application, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. My apps do not use external databases, cloud storage, or servers to store user data.

5. Age Restrictions

My apps are designed for users aged 4 and older. I do not collect or process any personal data from users under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian, please supervise your child’s use of these apps.

6. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the apps or legal requirements. All updates will be published on this page with a new effective date. I recommend reviewing this page periodically.
