By using these apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. License

I grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use my apps solely on your device for personal purposes. All ownership rights remain with me.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app;
Distribute, resell, or use it for commercial purposes;
Use the app for illegal activities or to infringe third-party rights.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is". I make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content, or absence of errors. You use the apps at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

5. Updates and Changes

I may release updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time. Some features may be modified or removed without prior notice.

6. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store. All terms and refunds are governed by Apple’s Sales and Support Terms. I do not control the payment process and am not responsible for refunds.

7. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
